\n\n

Strengthening tourism entrepreneurship through the creation of new micro, small and medium enterprises in selected tourism BAC(s).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The eligible budget of each investment plan ranges from 80.000\u20ac<\/strong> to 400.000\u20ac.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Financial support will be granted at a rate of 45%<\/strong> of the costs submitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aid percentage may be increased by (a) 10% if the investment takes place in a distant or fire-affected or flood-prone area or small islands and (b) an additional 5% if the employment target of at least 0.2 FTE is met in the first year after completion of the investment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The implementation period of the investment plan’s physical and financial objectives is strictly limited to 24 months, with no possibility of extension.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>Who is eligible<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n
\n\n

The Action concerns the strengthening of tourism entrepreneurship through the creation of new micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in selected tourism Business Activity Codes.<\/p>\n\n\n

\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>Under establishment:<\/strong> Businesses that will be established following and the date of publication of the Call.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>Newly established:<\/strong> Businesses that have been established where 12 months of continuous operation have not elapsed<\/strong> between the date of establishment of the business and the date of publication of the Call.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>Prerequisites<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n
\n\n

The key requirements for the participation of the potential beneficiaries are:<\/p>\n\n\n

\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>To invest exclusively in one Region.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>To operate exclusively in eligible BAC(s)<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>To provide precise information and data on the location<\/strong> of the investment site on a specific property (land, building or other type of independent site).<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>To have an approved building permit or at least an application for such a permit<\/strong> in the case of construction and completion of buildings, as of the date of commencement of online submission specified in the call for applications.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>Provide documentation regarding the rights of use<\/strong> (ownership, usufruct, lease) they hold on the property.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>To provide a Land Use Certificate<\/strong> for the site of the investment.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>To provide evidence of their ability to cover the amount of the Individual Contribution<\/strong> according to the percentage specified on the detailed invitation.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>To be eligible<\/strong> for the application of Reg. EU 1407\/2013 (De Minimis<\/strong>) on which the Action relies<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>The full set of eligibility requirements will be defined in the Detailed Call of the Action.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>Hotels (“Category 4****” (four-star hotels) and above<\/strong>, Capacity Twelve (12) beds and above<\/strong>)<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>Tourist hotel establishments within traditional buildings<\/strong> referred in p.d. 33\/1979<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>Organized campsites (Classified in category 3*** (three stars) and above<\/strong>)<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>NON-PRINCIPAL HOTEL ESTABLISHMENTS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>Self-catering establishments – Tourist furnished holiday homes Minimum number of establishments: Three (3) in the same MHTE<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
